Shipping and Returns
Please note that due to COVID-19, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Orders won't be processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed outside the designated window will be processed the following business day. All orders placed after 3:00 PM(EST) will be processed the following business day.
We will keep you updated by text or by email when your shipment is on its way via Fedex.
Allow up to 3 business days to receive your tracking number.
Shipping only applies for United States of America. No international shipping request can be fulfilled at this time.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns will be accepted for full refund, exchange or credit up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Please allow up to two weeks to process returns. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.
